You can say what you want, but Seattle picked up right where they left off after winning the Super Bowl a few months ago.
Seattle's dominant 36-16 win can be chalked up to the Seahawks' ability to ensure that Aaron Rodgers and the rest of the Green Bay Packers' offense was not comfortable. Yeah, the Cheeseheads scored 16 points, but 10 of those 16 were on careless mistakes.
As for the Seahawks, Russell Wilson did what coaches always ask their quarterbacks to do: take care of the football and make good decisions. Wilson did that. Wilson was 19-of-28 for 191 and two scores. However, it was Seattle's run game that really told the story. The Seahawks finished the night with 207 rushing yards while holding the Packers to just 80.

Credit the fan base for keeping the energy high for the home team while disrupting the Packers throughout the night. But listen, these Seahawks are going to be tough this year. And for what it's worth, the Packers aren't going to be bad this year, but they have a few things to shore up heading into Week 2. Luckily for them, they've got 10 days to do it.
